ResourcesPractical guide

Give a brief reliable product context

Record supplied facts and make the reviewed revision explicit.

Step 1

Write a useful profile

In Product knowledge, add the product or topic, a short description, intended audience, call to action and supplied facts. Keep source links with the individual claims where available.

Step 2

Review before planning

Check the information and approve the current revision. Editing the record makes a new revision and requires approval again. Previous versions remain readable.

Step 3

Select the useful details

In Content planner, choose an approved source and select the facts and reference media needed for this brief. The server resolves the reviewed source rather than trusting substituted browser text.

Step 4

Understand the boundary

Source links are stored but not fetched, and facts are reviewed by the user. Sharing a project does not open the entire private knowledge library to the team.
