ProductClient briefs & intake

A good working relationship starts with a clear brief.

Give clients a considered way to explain what they need. Collect answers and supplied references, review each item and bring the accepted brief into a campaign.

A product launch, clearly briefed.

Supplied referencesHeadphone-detail.pngClient-owned image / Rights supplied

One audience answer needs more context before the campaign is ready.

Ask the questions this work needs

Create team-owned intake templates with text, dates, choices, links and reference files. Enable the right templates for each client; existing requests retain the version they started with.

Make feedback specific

Clients save a draft and submit it when ready. Managers accept each answer or return it with feedback. Changed answers need a fresh review, while unchanged accepted items keep their decision.

Give the accepted brief a working home

Accept the current submitted request into one empty linked campaign. Bring in shared projects and assign next steps from there; retrying acceptance does not create another campaign.

How does a client brief become a campaign?

Enable an intake template for the client, collect answers and supplied references, then review each item. Clients can save drafts and resubmit requested changes. A manager accepts the current completed request into one empty linked campaign; acceptance does not generate projects or videos, and retrying it does not duplicate the campaign.

What if a supplied reference can no longer be downloaded?

If a client reference is missing or its size no longer matches the stored record, the application stops the download and asks the team to restore it from a private backup. The file can be downloaded again after restoration. Reference uploads require supplied usage rights and remain subject to existing file and owner-storage limits.
