These policies describe the current preview. Retention periods and final commercial terms are being finalized before public launch.

No real payments in this version

Simulated purchases do not transfer money. They add preview credits or confirmed-period workspace capacity according to the selected catalog item. An administrator may reverse an unused simulated pack when enough credits remain in the account.

Generation credits

Starting a mock generation reserves its quoted credits. Cancelling an unfinished mock task releases those credits. A completed mock preview consumes the reserved credits.

Before live checkout

The operator must publish the final paid-service refund rules, payment provider details, and support contact before accepting real payments.

Membership cancellation in the preview

You can request cancellation from Credits & billing. A confirmed membership ends at the end of its current period; an unpaid simulated renewal is cancelled immediately. Preview credits remain in the account. No automatic payment is taken.
