Collect a brief your team can act on

Choose a template, review supplied answers and turn one accepted request into a linked campaign.

Step 1

Start in a team client

Create or open the client in Client centre. An Owner or Admin chooses the account context and enables the intake templates this client can use. Editors can prepare requests; managers handle review and acceptance.

Step 2

Ask for useful, supplied context

Create a product or creator template, or adapt its questions. Include the goal, audience, channel, dates and references you need. Up to 12 questions may use text, links, dates, choices or files. Existing requests retain their original template revision.

Step 3

Save before it is ready

A client may save an incomplete draft in the portal. PNG, JPEG, WebP and MP4 reference uploads need a usage-rights note and must meet the existing file and account limits. Required answers are checked on submission; a reference is not a generated output.

Step 4

Review the individual answers

Accept each item or request changes with a client-visible explanation. After the client resubmits, changed answers lose their previous acceptance, while unchanged accepted items retain it. Supplied product claims still need their own knowledge-base review.

Step 5

Accept the current brief into a campaign

When all items and required answers are accepted, confirm the campaign name, objective, dates, channel and timezone. The server creates one empty linked campaign. Open it to add shared projects and tasks; retrying the same acceptance does not create duplicate campaigns.
