Prepare an approved version for handoff

Create a useful package without making a moving target for your client.

Step 1

Check current approval

Open the campaign and refresh it. A project is eligible when its current storyboard revision has an approved review. The delivery also checks that the supplied publishing-copy revision has not changed.

Step 2

Choose the contents

Select up to twelve projects, enter the recipient label and note, and optionally include the references shared in those approved rounds. The current technical limit is twenty-four files and fifty megabytes of reference bytes per package.

Step 3

Inspect and deliver

The ZIP contains a manifest, HTML and JSON storyboards, SRT subtitles and selected files. Publishing copy and delivery notes are separately identified as team-supplied. Copy the private link when it is first shown.

Step 4

Manage the history

Expiry or revocation stops client access; permitted team members can still read private history. Later edits do not rewrite a packet. Global project unsharing or deletion removes complete packets containing that project. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled.
