Prepare the source
Save a brand profile and, if useful, an approved product or topic revision. Create a product campaign or creator series in Content planner. A manual brief works too.
Review the drafts
Edit every selected draft and approve its current revision. Batch-convert reviewed items into projects, then refine each storyboard in the studio. Conversion does not spend generation credits.
Bring the team together
Create a team, invite the intended members and share the projects. In Campaigns, create the activity with its timezone and add those shared projects. Managers can assign tasks; editors can create their own assignments.
Plan and review
Set planned dates and supplied publishing copy. Use the month, week or agenda calendar to review deadlines. Prepare a current storyboard review from the shared project and copy the private link to your intended client.
Freeze the handoff
After the current revision is approved, return to the campaign and create a delivery. Check its selected versions, supplied copy and optional files. Copy the one-time link or download the ZIP.
Bring the learning back
Record the actual publication link and supplied measurements in Performance & review. Compare the same platform, traffic type and observation window. Confirm a conclusion and next test before reusing it in a new private content plan. Client-service teams may also retain the service-period summary and explicitly share a client-safe performance report.
