Reuse references without losing their context

A simple way to collect, label and reuse the material you already have.

Step 1

Collect a reference

Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or MP4 to Media library, or collect a file from an existing owned project. Give it a name, tags and an honest usage-rights basis.

Step 2

Bring it into the work

Choose library references in a planning brief or import them into the studio. Already imported source files are reused in the same project rather than creating repeated copies.

Step 3

Keep usage deliberate

Review the original rights and usage notes before sharing a reference. Only files you explicitly include in a review or delivery reach that client packet.

Step 4

Know what deletion means

A source still attached to a product must first be detached. Files retained by an existing plan, project, review or delivery remain available until their final reference is removed. Storage limits still apply.
