Review the service period before you close it

Keep the agreed target, current evidence and retained closing summary together without mixing them with payments.

Step 1

Record a clear service promise

An Owner or Admin creates a period from Service fulfilment or the client's Service periods tab. Set dates, the agreed number of delivered storyboard versions, service details and whether the client may see them. The same client's periods cannot overlap.

Step 2

Inspect the five counts

The agreed target, planned, approved, delivered and remaining counts describe different progress. Planned work uses recorded campaign dates; approvals and handoffs use their UTC event dates. Counts refer to explicitly linked client campaigns, and repeated delivery of the same revision is deduplicated.

Step 3

Review before retaining a summary

Choose Close & retain summary and read the displayed dates and counts. The application checks both the service revision and the reviewed evidence. If source work changes during confirmation, it keeps the period active and asks you to refresh and review the updated counts.

Step 4

Keep the history useful

Closed periods retain their closing snapshot even when later work changes. Download the HTML service summary, and enable or withdraw portal visibility independently. Closing is final for the service details and counts; it does not create an invoice or charge a client.

Step 5

Prepare the next period and brief

Prepare next period copies the service details and preserves the calendar span for complete-month periods, or the inclusive number of days for other periods. Review the dates before saving. Use published evidence and confirmed conclusions in Performance & review to inform the next private content plan.
