ResourcesPractical guide

Ask for a decision on the right revision

Keep internal discussion and client approval clearly separated.

Step 1

Finish the working revision

Save the current storyboard in the shared project and resolve the internal feedback you want to address. Newer edits and an older browser form cannot silently overwrite one another.

Step 2

Choose what the client receives

A manager creates the review for the current revision and explicitly chooses whether to include its bound reference files. Internal comments and private source context are excluded.

Step 3

Copy the private link

The raw link is displayed once. Copy it and send it yourself. The intended recipient can review without an account, add feedback and approve or request changes.

Step 4

Handle the next revision

The recorded decision stays with its snapshot. Editing the project makes the earlier approval stale for new deliveries. Create a fresh review for the new current revision. Reviewer names are self-declared.
