Give the relationship a home
Create a team client, add a primary contact, brand and timezone, and select an account manager. Link campaigns explicitly; free-text client labels do not grant access.
Collect and review the brief
Create a product or creator intake template with up to12 questions. Enable it for the portal. Clients save drafts, upload supplied references and submit answers. Managers accept or return individual items; changed answers require a fresh review. Accept the submitted revision to create one empty linked campaign.
Share a considered client experience
Upload an owned or licensed logo, choose an accent and welcome, and create an expiring private link. Select each review, delivery or frozen performance summary to share. Anyone holding the link can access the portal, so send it only to the intended people. Portal revocation and original resource expiry both apply.
Keep the promise measurable
Record service dates and an agreed number of delivered storyboard versions. Planned work, current approvals and handed-off versions are counted separately. Review the displayed counts before closing; changed evidence requires a fresh check. Closing retains the summary and never charges a client. Prepare the next period with the same calendar span and share only the details you intend clients to see.
Use the conversation to prepare the next brief
Record the campaign's actual publication links and supplied measurements in Performance & review. Confirm a conclusion against its current evidence, share a retained client-safe report if useful and reuse the conclusion in a new private plan. Reusing it does not automatically share your private context with the team.
